Your usage data stays local
FreeInvoice does not require user registration or account login. The generator works as a public tool and keeps draft document data in your browser so you can continue editing invoices, quotes, credit notes, and purchase orders.
We use browser cookies and local storage only for product functionality, such as saving recent drafts and document history on your device. Clearing browser storage removes that locally saved information.
PDF generation runs in your browser. If you use the send email feature, the document details and generated PDF are transmitted to our transactional email provider only for the purpose of sending your email from invoice@freeinvoice.cc.
You can reset document fields, clear browser cookies, clear local storage, or stop using the email feature at any time. Exported PDFs and sent emails are under your control once generated.
